HEADSTOCK: |

|
Its structure is tough and steady and non-swivel structure helps promote entire loading weight. Wheel spindle is made of nickel-chromium steel by induction hardened, heat treatment, dynamic balance and precise grinding, adopted.
Germany made SKF precise bearing, drives by belt without gear's transmission and reaches lubrication vibration-free rotation.
TT40/60 type adopts faceplate. It drives work piece by fixing spindle or rotating spindle.
TT85/100 type adopts revolving spindle. It rotates spindle by centers, driving dogs and 4-jaw chucks to drive work piece.

TAILSTOCK: |
|
|
Tailstock is composed by upper and lower parts. The wheel dressing device is mounted on the upper part of tailstock to dress wheel by programs. The upper part of tailstock is adjustable in cross direction for roll alignment. The movements of wheelhead or tailstock adopt air pressure floating device to decrease friction and easy adjust length. TT85/100 type is more suitable for large work piece process because of extra adding small gear and gear bar. It's non-swivel working carriage raises its structure rigid and working lead.

BED & GUIDEWAY: |
|
|
Bed inner frame is very high rigidity of casting and anneal to eliminate stress and add its steady and accuracy. Machine itself adopts hydrodynamic/hydrostatic lubrication guideway with TURCITE-B to decrease friction, ensures best sliding condition and provides best position accuracy and precise feed-rate accuracy.
Guideway adopts hydrodynamic/hydrostatic lubrication system and moves precisely and easily with heavy loading. Precise fine feed can provide steady correct operation.
It drives by a variable speed motor and adjusts guideway's straightness and parallel by Laser instrument.
It is protected by telescopic sheet covers to prevent guideway from friction.

WHEELHEAD & WHEEL INFEED SYSTEM: |
|
|
Wheel spindle is made of nickel-chromium steel by induction hardened, heat treatment, dynamic balance and precise grinding. It is supported by unique hydrodynamic/hydrostatic lubrication system. When the pressures switch detects the oil pressure reaching to the setting pressure, it will start running. Before bearing stop running, pressure oil will supply oil until the wheelhead completely stops running to make sure there is no friction between metals.
The wheelhead will run on the oil film forever.
Wheel infeed system is driven by a variable speed motor. Guideway is supplied oil by another hydrostatic lubrication system and provides steady correct operation to extend guideway's using lifetime.

WORKING CARRIAGE: |
|
|
Working carriage is precisely ground by high frequency heat treatment to extend carriage's using lifetime. To meet heavy Ioading's requirements, standard working carriage is all non swivel type. For C1 type, there is swivel type to be chosen.
