WHEEL HEAD: |

Wheel head is mounted on carriage and uses continuous fine wear to compensate straight line motion to grind convex. Wheel spindle is made of nickel-chromium steel by induction hardened, heat treatment, dynamic balance and precise grinding and supports by unique hydrodynamic/hydrostatic lubrication system Before wheel head goes, the lubrication unit provides enough pressure oil. When the pressure switch detects the oil pressure reaching to the setting pressure, it will start running. Before bearing stop running, pressure oil will supply until the wheel head completely stops running to make sure there is no friction between metals and the wheel head will run on oil film forever.

HEADSTOCK: |

Headstock adopted Germany made SKF precise bearing, and is suitable for high accurate heavy loading. Spindle is driven by a variable speed motor through Germany made precise reductor and passes by universal joint to rotate workpiece. Faceplate installed driving dogs or universal joint by direct transmission rotation to reach steady motion and used CNC command to set the rotation speed.

TAILSTOCK: |

Tailstock is composed by upper and lower parts. Using the upper traverse part adjusts center to center amendment with air pressure floating device to decrease friction and wear. Wheel dresser device is mounted on the upper part of tailstock to grind wheel's front and side by program's setting shape.

GUIDEWAY: |

Machine uses hydrodynamic/hydrostatic lubrication guideway with TRITE-B to decrease friction for acquiring best sliding condition and provides best fixing accuracy and most indeed accuracy.
